The Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas is home to three regional affiliate foundations, the Columbus Area Community Foundation, the Fort Scott Area Community Foundation, and the Girard Area Community Foundation.
Columbus Area Community Foundation
Since 1991, the Columbus Community Foundation (CCF) has been committed to making a lasting impact on Columbus and the surrounding community. Starting in 2023, CCF has done so in partnership with the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas under the name Columbus Area Community Foundation (CACF). We’re happy to be working with CACF to help improve the quality of life for Cherokee County residents!

Fort Scott Area Community Foundation
The mission of the Fort Scott Area Community Foundation (FSACF) is to partner with and be a resource to organizations whose goal is to improve the quality of life in the Fort Scott, Kansas, area. FSACF strives to create connections between donors and a variety of many worthwhile causes.
FSACF was launched in August 2007 to meet the needs of Fort Scott, Kansas, and the surrounding area. FSACF encourages philanthropy and provides benefactors with a variety of giving options. The Foundation assists donors in meeting their charitable goals by creating a giving and granting environment that addresses the immediate and long-term needs of the Fort Scott area.

Girard Area Community Foundation
In 2010, a group of caring people who saw the importance of planning for the future gathered to establish a way for people to leave a legacy for our proud communities. The Girard Area Community Foundation (GACF) is the result, a simple and effective way to ensure a better quality of life for everyone, now and for generations to come. Individuals, families, businesses, and organizations may create charitable funds or contribute to GACF, which helps meet the challenges of changing times in our community.
