Albright Family Scholarships

The Albright family desires to provide a means for graduates to achieve their career goals and achieve their dreams. To give back to the communities that played an important role in the Albright family, the Albright Family Scholarship has been established to provide annual scholarships to encourage and support students pursuing postsecondary education from an accredited educational institution.

Amount of award(s): up to $4,000 per recipient (up to 8 installments of up to $500 each, fall and spring semesters)

Number of recipients: up to 2 recipients from each school

Eligibility criteria

  • Graduating high school senior from:
    • Pittsburg High School (USD 250)
    • Southeast High School (USD 247)
  • Pursuing postsecondary education at a:
    • College or university
    • Junior or community college
    • Trade or vocational school
  • GPA (on a 4.0 scale): 2.5+
  • Full-time enrollment (12+ hours)
  • Demonstrate:
    • Involvement in school activities
    • Involvement in community activities
    • Academic success
    • Other achievements
    • Desire to build character and self-sufficiency
