The Peggy Gannon Memorial Scholarship was established to support graduating seniors from Fort Scott High School.
Peggy Gannon graduated from Fort Scott High School in 1962 and immediately went into the Air Force. After serving her enlistment, she continued to work as a civilian employee of the government at Lowry Air Force Base in Colorado. In her memory, this scholarship supports students in achieving what she once hoped for herself: a full college experience.
