Future Fund Giving Circle grant applications now open [Update: Closed]

On behalf of the contributing members of the Future Fund Giving Circle, the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas is excited to announce that Future Fund grant applications for 2024 are now open!

The Future Fund Giving Circle is a philanthropic group comprising community members from Crawford County who pool their resources to make a difference. Giving Circle members each contribute $250 annually to the Future Fund, which allows the fund to grow and provide more grant awards each year.

Since its inception in 2005, the Future Fund Giving Circle has awarded over $179,000 in grants, and last year provided $18,478 to 23 nonprofit organizations in Crawford County.

“The Future Fund exemplifies the strength of our community coming together to create a lasting impact,” said Devin Gorman, CFSEK Executive Director. “Members of the Future Fund believe in the power of collective giving for positive change. It’s also a great introduction to philanthropy for any community members who want to make a real difference and aren’t sure where to start.”

Competitive grant applications are available at SoutheastKansas.org/grant-app until August 31.
